We recommend you download the Glofox App on the app store or on android. Here you log in with your sign up email and password, while choosing ‘The Woodshed’ as your studio.

You can also book via the website online.

  • Yes! As a Woodshed member, you get access to both classes in both rooms.

  • Our HIIT Studio is capped at 30 people with each having their own pod and workout space.


    Our Strong Room has a capacity of 16 people allowing the trainer to give each member instruction, whilst keeping them safe, ensuring that small-group PT vibe.

  • Yes. We have a booking system called Glofox for classes which means you can book up to 7 days in advance. Our classes may become full but most have plenty of space. We have 32 spots across both rooms at peak times.

    We recommend creating your account on our website, purchasing your desired membership, then downloading the Glofox app. Select “The Woodshed” and then you’re ready to go.
